JARED KEMNITZ, PLS (WA/ID)
Jared brings 25 years of experience in the land surveying industry, doing everything from residential and platting work, topographic maps for design, to construction for roads, buildings and bridges. In recent years he has spent much of his time managing projects, both big and small, for private engineering firms, private landowners, local jurisdictions, and federal agencies. Jared enjoys the hands-on approach to projects, completing
every element of the work from planning through delivery and will work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Projects include:

After growing up in Eastern Washington, obtaining a degree in Civil Engineering Technology, and spending the first half of his survey career there, Jared moved with his family to Gig Harbor in 2010 and enjoys all the recreation and survey opportunities that living in Western Washington presents. He has a passion for family, surveying, and the outdoors and would like to be your first choice when considering your next survey project.

BOB PUSEY, PLS (WA)
Bob has been working in the survey discipline for over 30 years and brings intimate knowledge for any task related to land survey services. Bob has worked in and around the Puget Sound area for over 20 years and understands requirements related to land actions for jurisdictions including counties and cities within the Puget Sound region. Bob has an extensive working knowledge of​
​​​​conventional, GPS, 3D scanning, and UAV aerial survey techniques, as well as the ability to discern when to employ various applicable technologies to achieve desired efficiencies and quality information. Bob routinely performs ALTA/NSPS surveys, parcel and right-of-way acquisition support, control surveys, geographic information system (GIS) ready mapping, settlement monitoring, platting, aerial support services and construction staking for both private and public clients. Bob is committed to client service and will bring the right expertise and methods to serve your project or land related needs.
After growing up in a small town in Eastern Washington, Bob served as an Engineering Technician performing surveys and drafting in the Air Force, being stationed at Elmendorf AFB for the duration of his enlistment, while also having the opportunity to visit and serve oversees. After his enlistment ended, Bob returned to Washington State and continued his career while raising a family in the Puget Sound region. He currently lives and has settled in Poulsbo, WA.
JASON MACLEOD, PLS (WA)

With a background in public, private, Tribal and energy sector projects, Jason brings a practical, hands-on approach to his work and values clear communication and responsiveness. He enjoys collaborating with clients, engineers, contractors, and agency staff to help projects move forward smoothly and efficiently. He’s proud to be part of a team that puts quality, service, and professionalism at the forefront of every project.
After growing up in Canada and graduating from the Civil Engineering Technology program at Camosun College in Victoria, BC, Jason took a three-month survey contract on Prince of Wales Island in Alaska. The experience sparked a lifelong love of both surveying and travel. He spent the next six years surveying throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Utah—taking every opportunity to explore Canada, the U.S., Asia, and Central America along the way. He later started a family in Shoreline, Washington, and they eventually settled in the Spokane Valley, where he continues to enjoy the balance of family and survey work in the Inland Northwest.
