Topographic Design Surveys

These surveys typically require gathering accurate 3D elements, utilities, and site features for a property, utility corridor, or roadway, and are oftentimes needed for an engineer or architect to properly design improvements.  Most municipalities also require having topographic elements of a parcel shown during the permitting process.  Our field-to-finish process results in a cad file that can be shared with a client or their designer in a format they can use.  TruLand Survey can also offer survey services to aid in real estate transactions once a design is completed and new land areas are acquired to support the design.  Typical deliverables for real estate support will include, but not be limited to property exhibit maps, legal descriptions, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.

Cadastral / Boundary Surveys

Some of our clients include federal agencies, who rely on us to determine and define the boundaries of their lands prior to approval of land and resource transactions, or development.  Surveying these boundaries requires a great deal of records research, analysis, gathering physical evidence in the field, and often involve traversing miles of boundary lines.

Residential / Property Surveys

Many of our clients are in need of property surveys in order to identify property corners and accurately represent where site features may be, relative to property lines.  These surveys are based on a property’s legal description and will oftentimes require that property corners be set and a record of survey be drafted and recorded with a County’s Auditor’s Office.

TruLand Survey can help you navigate the land use process with many municipal and county agencies, whether you are thinking of performing a Short Plat on your property, a Boundary Line Adjustment with your neighbor, or want to develop a Large

Subdivision. The maps will be developed with compliance per your jurisdictional requirements in mind and we’ll guide you through the process from inception to completion.

Drone Imaging

Our drone services deliver high-resolution aerial imagery that enhances the accuracy and efficiency of our surveys. We use aerial data to create detailed background imagery, capture roadway channelization and parking lot striping without disrupting traffic, and generate precise surfaces for volume calculations on landfills, construction sites, and other projects. By combining advanced drone technology with our surveying expertise, we provide safer, faster, and more cost-effective results for our clients.
